- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for consistent program execution
- Develop and execute strategic account and program plans, driving growth, retention, and operational excellence
- Translate business requirements into scalable operational and technology-driven solutions
- Oversee project portfolios, including resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance
- Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact during delivery
- Conduct business reviews, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement data-driven performance tracking mechanisms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent project/program management certification preferred
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management, including enterprise-level initiatives
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong background in healthcare, workers’ compensation, or specialty services environments is a plus
- Proven ability to deliver complex programs while managing client relationships and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments
