Summary
700Credit is looking for a reliable Operations Support Specialist to join the team at our headquarters in Southfield, MI. This individual will support our team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. This role plays a key part in the creation, distribution, and management of QR code materials, as well as general office support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing sensitive information, and supporting multiple teams across the organization.
Responsibilities
- QR Code Production & Fulfillment: Generate, print, and package QR code materials using internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Marketing Material Distribution: Prepare, package, and ship marketing items such as stickers and flyers to clients and partners.
- Mail & Shipping Coordination: Manage outgoing mail, including visiting the post office and coordinating shipments as needed.
- Data Entry & System Updates: Perform accurate data entry and maintain records across internal platforms and web-based systems.
- Outbound Communication: Conduct outbound calls to dealerships to support operational needs, including adverse action communications.
- Cross-Functional Team Support: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Customer Success and Implementation teams.
- Vendor & Print Order Management: Coordinate and place orders for large-scale print jobs and materials through external vendors.
- Confidential Information Handling: Maintain organized records and handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and accuracy.
- Ad Hoc Operational Support: Assist with additional operational tasks and special projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel) and uses these tools efficiently in daily tasks.
- Possesses strong computer literacy and is comfortable navigating web-based systems for data entry and document creation.
- Manages time effectively and is capable of working independently
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, when interacting with team members and external contacts.
- Maintains professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Adapts quickly to changing priorities and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
