About the Role:

As a Hospitality Coordinator at JSX, you will help keep hospitality programs organized, communicated, and executed consistently across our growing network. You’ll provide administrative and project coordination support to the VP of Hospitality and broader team while helping track customer experience insights, support VIP movements, and contribute to initiatives that shape our elevated service standards.


This role is based in Dallas, TX and requires on‑site work 4 days per week. Candidates must be local to the DFW area to be considered, as relocation assistance is not available.
A Day in the Life:

Your day will be fast-paced and detail-oriented, centered around keeping hospitality initiatives running smoothly and ensuring leadership and station teams stay informed and aligned. Additional responsibilities include:


  • Providing administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining trackers, and organizing departmental documentation.
  • Supporting hospitality projects, initiatives, and cross-functional requests as needed.
  • Compiling and tracking customer satisfaction metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and helping identify experience trends.
  • Preparing summaries of customer feedback to support service improvements.
  • Coordinating VIP customer movements and communicating service expectations across stations.
  • Maintaining internal documentation related to VIP activity and hospitality initiatives.
  • Assisting with preparation and distribution of hospitality communications, briefs, and updates.
  • Providing coordination support for cross-department hospitality programs and initiatives.

  • Required Education & Experience:
  • In accordance with federal regulations, this role is open only to U.S. citizens. All candidates must successfully complete the required federal background checks and eligibility screenings. Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for employment.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.

  • Experience supporting teams or projects in a customer service or hospitality-focused environment.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning internal systems.


  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Travel, aviation, or hospitality industry experience.
  • Experience supporting high-touch customer service environments or service programs.

  • Important Safety and Security Requirements:

    All Airport Services Crewmembers are certified as Ground Security Coordinators (GSCs), trained for customer and baggaged security screening, and are responsible for:


  • Monitoring the operational environment and reporting safety risks in real time

  • Ensuring compliance with updated policies, alerts, and regulatory guidance

  • Maintaining personal readiness for safety-sensitive duties

  • Participating in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines


  • Pay & Perks:
    Compensation is $24.00 - $26.50/hour. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
