We’re seeking an experienced, collaborative Accountant to support our internal accounting operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting timely and compliant reporting, and ensuring adherence to established accounting standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a structured, team-based office environment.

Why You’ll Love This Role

As the Accountant, you’ll:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely in the general ledger.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts and track actual performance against budgeted figures.
  • Help establish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Provide support during internal or external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
  • Assist with special accounting projects or initiatives as assigned by senior accountants or management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically, Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and become proficient in using financial systems and CRM software.

Estimated Salary Range: $49,690.00 - $62,100.00
