Eagle Crest HOA Manager - Engineer-Pool (HOA)

TheEngineer-HOA Poolrepairs and maintains pools, water features, or related equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoots and repairs vacuums, filters, pumps, circulators, or other equipment that operates pools and features.
• Tests water chemistry and adjusts chemical feeds as needed to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Performs preventative maintenance and inspection on a regular basis.
• Ability to work as part of a team. Problem-solving skills. Technical expertise.
• Ability to meet deadlines. Attentiveness. Ability to lift/move heavy objects.
