You will drive growth by optimizing website architecture, content, and search presence to increase traffic, conversions, and business impact. The Senior Manager, SEO/AEO will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and international SEO expertise, while implementing innovative solutions like LLM optimization and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). You will play a key role in shaping the organizations organic search program while mentoring teams and influencing global search strategy.

Accountabilities:

Lead the development and execution of a high-velocity global organic search roadmap, covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, content workflows, and AEO experiments
Identify opportunities for technical improvements and site optimization, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact
Provide guidance on site architecture, navigation, keywords, and AI integration to maximize search performance and user experience
Develop strategies for international SEO, supporting new region launches and non-English markets
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO and AEO performance, providing actionable recommendations and trend insights
Collaborate with content, product, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and implementation of SEO/AEO best practices
Serve as the subject matter expert, educating stakeholders on trends, algorithm shifts, and growth opportunities

Requirements:

8+ years driving growth through organic channels, including 5+ years operationalizing SEO as a revenue-critical channel
Strong technical SEO expertise, with experience in site migrations, page consolidations, redirects, and on-page performance
Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Adobe Analytics, Looker) and AI tools (Profound, Peec, AirOps)
Experience with international SEO, multi-language sites, and optimizing for global audiences
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business narratives
Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects, influencing stakeholders at all levels
Preferred: experience with Craft CMS and AI-first search optimization
