About Us
Altitude Color Technologies is a fast-growing large-format printing and graphics production company in Las Vegas serving trade shows, events, retail environments, and major brands. Our team produces high-quality graphics including SEG fabric, vinyl, rigid prints, trade show displays, and large-scale installations for clients across the country.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong pre-press and file pre-flight experience to manage print projects from artwork intake through production and delivery.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in large format printing, exhibit graphics, sign production, or print production management.
Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring print projects move smoothly through pre-press, printing, finishing, and installation while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and deadlines.
This position requires someone who understands print-ready file preparation, production workflows, and large-format printing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Manage multiple print production projects simultaneously from intake to completion
Coordinate timelines between sales, pre-press, production, finishing, and installation teams
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain clear job documentation and production instructions
Artwork Review & Pre-Flight
Review incoming artwork to ensure files are print ready
Verify:
file size and scale
resolution requirements
bleed and trim
color profiles (CMYK / spot colors)
linked images and fonts
Identify and resolve potential production issues before printing
Communicate file corrections to clients or sales teams when needed
Production Coordination
Create clear production instructions for print and finishing teams
Confirm materials, substrates, finishing methods, and installation requirements
Work closely with pre-press operators and RIP technicians
Communication
Act as the primary internal contact for job status and scheduling
Maintain clear communication between clients, sales teams, and production
Provide accurate timelines and project updates
Quality Control
Ensure final output matches client specifications and approved proofs
Identify potential quality issues before production begins
Required Experience
3+ years experience in large format printing, sign production, or print project management
Strong understanding of print file preparation and pre-flight
Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Familiarity with:
large format print workflows
fabric printing / SEG graphics
vinyl and rigid substrates
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Experience
Experience with RIP software (Caldera, Onyx, EFI, etc.)
Knowledge of trade show and exhibit graphics
Familiarity with print MIS systems (ShopVox, Mothernode, PrintIQ, etc.)
Background in sign shops, exhibit houses, or large-format print facilities
