Southwind, owner and operator of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead daily junk removal operations in Allentown, PA! This hands-on leadership role focuses on team performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and routing
• Lead, coach, and develop field teams
• Ensure exceptional customer service and safety standards
• Track KPIs and drive operational improvements
• Work in office and field

Requirements:

• Operations or people management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
• Logistics or home services experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
