- Own the entire sales process for enterprise customers, including prospecting, pipeline development, and deal closure.
- Develop and execute territory strategies in collaboration with SDRs, marketing, and channel partners.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technology and consulting partners.
- Translate customer technical challenges into compelling business value propositions.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and RFP processes for large enterprise deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and solution architecture teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
- Continuously learn and apply advanced sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in complex technology solution selling.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas.
- Experience sourcing and closing six-figure enterprise deals.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling.
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and grow an enterprise pipeline.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Competitive base salary ($95,000 - $125,000) plus on-target earnings ($190,000 - $250,000).
