Warehouse Associate – Entry Level

Industry: Aerospace Manufacturing

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday (Overtime as needed)

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00, Based on experience

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by handling materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with deliveries. This role ensures materials are stored, moved, and delivered safely and efficiently to support aerospace manufacturing and on-time customer delivery.

Responsibilities & Expectations

Warehouse & Materials Support

  • Store, shelve, and organize inventory following established procedures
  • Load, unload, move, and stage materials within the warehouse
  • Build and break down boxes and packaging as needed
  • Safely operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
  • Maintain stockroom cleanliness & free from potential hazards (Safe work environment) Knowledge of handheld XRF scanner
  • Pull material for production job's
  • Review incoming material per PO's
  • Follow all site, safety, and quality procedures

Backup Driver & Delivery Support

  • Backup Driver & Delivery Support Load and unload packages for local deliveries
  • Ensure customer orders are properly loaded and secured
  • Follow delivery schedules and safe driving practices
  • Obtain customer signatures when required
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse and operations teams
  • Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance issues
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation

General Duties

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
  • Represent Precision Aerospace in a professional and positive manner

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required due to the nature of work
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Basic knowledge of DOT regulations preferred
  • Forklift driving experience preferred
  • Ability to use navigation applications and follow delivery routes
  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete delivery paperwork accurately
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, and visual acuity
  • Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Occasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion
  • Ability to safely work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
  • Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes
