- Edit high-quality long-form videos for platforms such as YouTube and podcasts, ensuring strong pacing, clarity, and polish
- Repurpose long-form recordings into short-form clips for LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Create engaging trailers, highlight reels, and promotional assets for cross-platform distribution
- Enhance videos with captions, graphics, and motion elements to maximize retention and shareability
- Develop and maintain efficient, repeatable editing workflows to support content scaling
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to refine messaging and creative direction
- Stay current on social media and video trends to maintain competitive and engaging output
- Manage creative assets, timelines, feedback loops, and file organization across projects
- At least 5 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or related creative roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ecommerce or consumer-focused content, particularly in beauty, wellness, or fashion
- Proven experience producing videos for paid advertising on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with solid motion graphics capabilities
- Working knowledge of Adobe tools for basic static image and thumbnail design
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe AI or similar to support video production
- Strong understanding of short-form and long-form video formats, hooks, pacing, and storytelling
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver quickly without sacrificing quality
- Fluent, professional-level English communication skills and availability to work full-time on UK-aligned hours
