Senior Executive- Supply Chain & Vendor Management at ZALORA SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE LTD – Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for an analytical and project driven individual to execute process improvement initiatives and best practices within Operations. This role will also challenge you to develop operations performance and metrics dashboard while monitoring performance and improvement and key metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize Supply Chain Processes by defining project scope and objectives which involve all relevant stakeholders .
• Manage projects and execute process improvement initiatives affecting functions in Operations and may span on a country or regional scale (e.g. ASEAN).
• Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of deliverables
• Ensure deployment of common solutions across divisions and businesses and implement best practices
• Serve as the main point of contact between ZALORA and multiple entities which includes government agencies and departments.
• Assist the manager in developing operations performance and metrics dashboard; monitor performance and improvement in key metrics
• Assist the manager in delivering significant operational improvement and financial benefits to meet annual targets
• Rate negotiation with inbound service providers and contractual agreement which includes cost benefit analysis
• Maintaining and updating HS codes in Zalora’s systems based on Malaysia Customs regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with exposure to supply chain/operations/engineering projects
• Track record of successful project implementations are required.
• Strong data analysis skills and high proficiency in MS Excel
• Entrepreneurial drive, strong project management experience and analytical skills
• Highly capable of handling multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet short deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi tasking skills
• A natural team player attitude and proactive skills
