- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Operations.
- 5+ years of account management or marketing experience.
- 2+ years in Partnerships or Business Development, preferably in financial services.
- Expertise in user growth strategies and partnership models.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Experience with marketing automation best practices.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
