Marketing Lead Creative & Design:
The Marketing Lead – Creative & Design is a core member of Rensa’s Marketing team and serves as the engine behind our visual, creative, and sales-enablement output. This role plays a critical part in driving new business, generating demand, and enabling sales teams with best-in-class tools—while helping build a strong, credible, and modern brand in the air filtration industry.
This role functions like an internal creative studio, responsible for designing, producing, and systematizing high-quality marketing and sales assets across digital, print, eCommerce, and brand channels. You will support new business generation, sales teams, and brand-building efforts by delivering polished, consistent, and scalable creative assets—quickly and effectively.

ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Production & Design Execution
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing and sales assets, including:
- Sales presentations and PowerPoint templates
- Brochures, eBooks, whitepapers, and sales literature
- One-pagers, product sheets, banners, pamphlets, and trade show assets
- Digital ads, banner ads, and web design assets
- Short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics for marketing, sales, and brand storytelling
- Own layout, typography, and visual consistency across all deliverables.
- Translate brand guidelines into clear, usable templates that scale across teams.
- Translate complex technical and product information into clear, engaging visual narratives.
- Execute design work directly within CMS and marketing platforms as needed, ensuring designs translate cleanly from concept to live digital experiences.
Studio & Systems Mindset
- Build and maintain reusable design systems, templates, and asset libraries.
- Think in workflows and systems—not one-off designs—to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
- Recommend and implement better software, tools, processes, and AI-assisted workflows to increase efficiency and to support cross-team collaboration.
- Train and upskill internal team members on templates, tools, and best practices.
Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Support
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to support active opportunities and campaigns.
- Rapidly turn around custom assets for sales teams while balancing long-term brand and system needs.
- Support content creation initiatives by designing eBooks, case studies, and campaign assets.
Digital, eCommerce & UX Support
- Support eCommerce initiatives through design strategy, UX thinking, and conversion-focused creative.
- Assist with marketplace optimization through visual assets, enhanced content, and conversation rate optimization thinking.
- Collaborate on CMS and CRM-driven content initiatives (e.g., Contentful, Magento, HubSpot).
- Support content entry and updates within CMS platforms, including creating and updating pages, managing visual assets, and ensuring brand and design consistency across web experiences.
- Design and build marketing emails in HubSpot from a visual and layout perspective, ensuring on-brand templates, responsive design, and clear hierarchy for performance and readability.
Project Ownership & Marketing Collaboration
- Manage multiple projects independently, balancing creativity with deadlines and business needs.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, set expectations, and proactively solve problems.
- Operate comfortably in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Support marketing team across broader initiatives and projects as needed
- Recommend improvements to sales/marketing-related tools to enhance employee experience and/or customer experience.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong graphic design, visual communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, PowerPoint, Canva; experience with video, animation, or motion design tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools for design, content creation, and workflow efficiency.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, brand systems, and visual hierarchy, with the ability to apply these consistently across print, digital, web, and eCommerce environments.
- Experience supporting eCommerce design, UX, and digital merchandising initiatives; familiarity with Amazon marketplace visual optimization and enhanced content is an asset.
- Working knowledge of CMS and CRM platforms (e.g., Contentful, Magento, HubSpot), with comfort executing design within structured, component-based systems—including basic content entry, page updates, asset management, and email layout from a design perspective.
- Ability to balance creativity with pragmatism—knowing when to push creative boundaries and when to prioritize speed, clarity, and execution based on timelines and business needs.
- Excellent project management, time management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment, take initiative, and proactively identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and creative systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to recommend and adopt better tools, workflows, and practices to elevate the team’s creative output.
- Adaptable and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working on a PC-based setup.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in a design-forward marketing, creative, or studio role.
- Experience supporting sales teams and revenue-driven marketing initiatives is strongly preferred.
