Your Impact

  • Work in a fun, energetic environment that makes you excited to come to work
  • Produce inspection-ready insulation kits, individually or as part of a team
  • Identify and select correct raw materials and tooling
  • Cut, trim, shape, assemble, and finish parts or kits per work instructions
  • Label products accurately and in accordance with specifications
  • Consistently meet production standards for quality and quantity
  • Document fabrication activities and material usage
  • Maintain accountability for tools, templates, and shop aids
  • Follow direction from Fabrication Crew Leaders and Production Supervisors
  • Comply with all safety policies and report unsafe conditions
  • Perform other duties as needed to support G-Force operations

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Ability to operate manual and automated equipment
  • Understanding of job travelers and cut lists
  • Proficiency in basic math and written/verbal communication
  • Ability to read and work with fractions and decimals
  • Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions
  • Reliable attendance with flexibility for overtime as needed
  • Commitment to the Goodwill Mission
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without accommodation)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, reaching, crawling, and climbing
  • Visual acuity to ensure accuracy, neatness, and quality of work
  • Comfortable working in a moderate manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to temperature changes, noise, dust, or fumes
