The Opportunity

You will serve as a high-level technical expert responsible for the integrity of critical drainage infrastructure across the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role offers the chance to lead complex diagnostic operations and emergency repairs for a premier commercial service provider. How You Will Make an Impact
  • Diagnose and resolve complex sewer and drain obstructions using advanced professional equipment.

  • Execute precision jetting and snaking operations to maintain commercial drainage functionality.

  • Conduct comprehensive sewer camera inspections to identify structural failures and repair needs.

  • Formulate technical repair proposals and service recommendations based on diagnostic findings.

  • Coordinate the installation and maintenance of heavy-duty piping and plumbing fixtures.

  • Spearhead emergency response efforts to mitigate property damage during off-hour service calls.

  • Maintain rigorous service records and documentation to ensure client transparency and billing accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience with a focus on sewer and drain systems.

  • Proficiency with industrial drain cleaning machines, jetting equipment, and diagnostic cameras.

  • Ability to reside within 15 minutes of the Westchester Square location (Bronx or Lower Westchester).

  • Capacity to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency off-hour response.

  • Deep understanding of New York City plumbing codes and commercial safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Advanced certification in specialized drain cleaning or trenchless repair technologies.

  • Prior experience managing high-volume commercial service routes in the NYC area.

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior technicians on diagnostic equipment.
