- Lead a team of merchandisers in curating and promoting high-quality product deals
- Define and execute product merchandising strategy that balances automation with high-value editorial input
- Streamline routine workflows using AI and smart selection tools, allowing focus on high-impact initiatives
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and editorial teams to optimize automation and promotion logic
- Analyze performance metrics to improve deal selection, engagement, and business outcomes

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, with 5+ years in team leadership or management
- Deep expertise in product merchandising, editorial content strategy, and digital commerce
- Experience designing and deploying AI-driven tools for product selection and workflow automation
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making and performance optimization
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used in e-commerce and content merchandising
