  • Share work early and facilitate design critiques, discussions, and feedback loops to elevate team output
  • Maintain a high standard of usability, consistency, and quality across multiple platforms

  • Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders, influencing product and business decisions through storytelling and evidence

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on product design experience at a product-driven company
  • Proficiency with Figma, design systems, and component libraries; experience with AI-assisted design tools a plus
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft, product thinking, problem-solving, and measurable impact
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and User Research
  • Ability to simplify complex problems while balancing flexibility, usability, and security considerations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to advocate for design decisions
  • Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity products is highly desirable
  • Growth mindset, autonomy, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design standards is a plus

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with equity or RSU programs where applicable
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility across the United Kingdom
  • Health and wellbeing support, including comprehensive health benefits
  • Generous paid time off and parental leave top-up programs
  • Professional growth opportunities, mentorship, and contribution to design strategy
