This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and execution of AI-driven content systems that scale high-quality B2B marketing outputs. You will combine deep expertise in content strategy and copywriting with advanced AI workflow orchestration, managing automated systems that produce blogs, landing pages, guides, and campaigns while maintaining strong editorial standards. Operating in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate with international teams, conduct client interviews to extract insights, and refine AI-driven outputs to maximize engagement, SEO performance, and E-E-A-T authority. This position blends strategy, technical creativity, and leadership to transform how content is created at scale.

• Design, manage, and optimize AI-driven content production systems to deliver scalable, high-quality marketing assets
• Execute end-to-end B2B content strategy, from client intake and messaging development to final output
• Conduct client interviews and extract insights to guide content frameworks and AI prompt workflows
• Audit and refine AI-generated content to ensure consistent brand voice, editorial excellence, and E-E-A-T compliance
• Lead content production pods or small teams, providing feedback, mentorship, and process improvements
• Test, implement, and iterate on AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and output quality
• Collaborate with internal teams and AI product developers to advance content operations and system capabilities

• 5+ years of experience in B2B content strategy and copywriting, including ads, landing pages, and long-form content (guides, ebooks)
• Proven ability to translate strategic messaging into structured AI prompt systems and automated workflows
• Experience in Managed IT, Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud industries and writing for North American B2B audiences
• Strong editorial standards with attention to voice, tone, clarity, and accuracy
• Proficiency with advanced AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Google Antigravity) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, N8N)
• Skilled in designing, iterating, and refining AI workflows to maintain high-quality outputs aligned with brand standards
• Leadership experience managing content production teams or pods and collaborating cross-functionally with clients and internal stakeholders
