CAREGIVER / CNA / HHA - Consistent Hours at Platinum Care Group – Skokie, Illinois

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate female caregiver to provide one-on-one support for an 82-year-old client in a home setting. The schedule for this role is 12-hour day shifts. This position focuses on supervision, companionship, and light assistance with activities of daily living. The ideal caregiver is patient, attentive, and experienced supporting clients with mild cognitive changes while promoting independence and safety. Speaking Tagalog is a plus!

• Provide supervision to ensure client safety throughout the shift.
• Offer companionship through conversation and engagement in daily activities.
• Assist with basic morning routines and activities of daily living as needed.
• Encourage independence while providing gentle guidance and redirection.
• Maintain a calm and structured daily routine.
• Monitor for changes in behavior, mood, or condition and report updates to the care team.
• Support a safe and organized home environment.

• Patient and calm with strong supervision skills

Requirements

Caregiving experience preferred (CNA/HHA a plus)
