Position Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: U.S. Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

• Act on behalf of the Project Manager during absences with full decision-making authority.

• Assist in overseeing food service operations, staffing, scheduling, and supervision.

• Coordinate with Government representatives and attend meetings as required.

• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards.

• Assist with performance monitoring, reporting, and corrective actions.

• Support contingency, migrant feeding, and special operations as directed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in food management may substitute for 3 years of management experience.

• 3–5 years military food service experience at E-9, Warrant, or Commissioned Officer level may substitute for management experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing cafeteria-style or multi-entrée operations.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

• Minimum 3 years experience as a unit manager or assistant manager.
