What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
  • Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
  • Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations
  • Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure personalized care

Required Qualifications

  • Active LPN license
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in healthcare or long-term care
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
