Job Description

Senior Technical Product Manager - Serverless AI

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager – Serverless AI in United Kingdom.

This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI infrastructure and developer product experience, owning key parts of a next-generation serverless GPU platform. You will define and drive product strategy for workloads such as training jobs, inference endpoints, and developer environments, all running on highly scalable GPU infrastructure. Acting as both a deeply technical product builder and customer-facing strategist, you will translate complex systems into intuitive developer experiences. The environment is fast-paced, highly technical, and focused on building infrastructure purpose-built for AI workloads. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to shape architecture decisions across containers, scheduling, and distributed systems. At the same time, you will engage directly with AI engineers and enterprise customers to guide roadmap priorities. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly influence product adoption, performance, and scalability.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and co-develop the Serverless AI product roadmap across jobs, endpoints, and developer environments, driving execution of high-impact features from concept to delivery.
  • Write precise, execution-ready PRDs covering APIs, CLI design, state machines, billing models, and system behaviors for engineering implementation.
  • Define and prioritize technical capabilities such as autoscaling, multi-node workloads, cold start optimization, and container orchestration improvements.
  • Partner with engineering to make architecture decisions across workload lifecycle, GPU scheduling, storage performance, and distributed compute systems.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions and translate technical feedback and usage data into actionable product improvements.
  • Own developer experience strategy, including CLI usability, onboarding flows, documentation, and error handling quality.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market activities including pricing strategy, packaging, technical content, and developer adoption initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of product management experience in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or developer tooling environments.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of containers, Docker, APIs, and distributed systems, with the ability to debug and reason about infrastructure-level issues.
  • Solid knowledge of GPU computing for AI workloads, including training vs inference requirements and modern serving frameworks.
  • Experience building or shaping developer-facing products such as CLIs, SDKs, or APIs with strong usability considerations.
  • Proven ability to conduct technical customer discovery and convert insights into product direction.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset, capable of reasoning through workload lifecycles, scaling trade-offs, and infrastructure constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify highly technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive health and medical coverage package
  • Flexible working arrangements with remote-first culture
  • Professional development support and learning opportunities
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI infrastructure and GPU cloud technologies
  • Collaborative, high-impact environment with strong engineering culture
  • Opportunity to shape a rapidly scaling AI-native platform
