Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of learning programs aligned with organizational goals
  • Create engaging training content across multiple formats, including e-learning, workshops, and blended learning solutions
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance data to identify learning gaps and opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate complex topics into effective learning experiences
  • Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to ensure impactful and inclusive training
  • Implement evaluation strategies to measure learning effectiveness and business impact
  • Integrate AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance content creation and learner engagement
  • Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment
  • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback, analyzing results, and adopting best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related roles
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs with measurable impact
  • Strong expertise in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise) and learning management systems
  • Solid understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and consulting with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, virtual learning platforms, and content creation software
  • Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to apply them effectively in learning environments
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, with experience engaging diverse audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
