This role sits at the intersection of finance transformation, advanced analytics, and enterprise SaaS implementation, focusing on delivering sophisticated planning and performance management solutions. You will work closely with enterprise customers to translate complex financial and operational challenges into scalable, multi-dimensional modeling solutions within a leading cloud-based planning platform. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through solution design, implementation, and optimization while ensuring alignment with business strategy and measurable outcomes. The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to deliver high-impact deployments in strategic accounts. You will also play a key role in shaping solution architecture standards and ensuring best practices across engagements. Accountabilities:
  • Design and implement advanced financial planning and enterprise performance management solutions using multi-dimensional modeling approaches
  • Translate complex business problems, spreadsheets, and legacy systems into scalable, cloud-based planning architectures
  • Lead solution architecture design for large-scale, connected planning environments across finance, workforce, or sales domains
  • Support full implementation lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Develop and optimize data integration flows for inbound and outbound financial and operational data sources
  • Partner with client stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic finance and business planning objectives
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and solution validation
  • Create and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation for implemented solutions
  • Provide guidance and mentorship on modeling best practices and solution design standards
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure successful delivery of enterprise-grade solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree or MBA preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience implementing enterprise performance management or financial planning solutions (FP&A, workforce planning, or sales performance)
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proven experience in full lifecycle system implementation methodologies (Agile preferred)
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts and enterprise data flows
  • Experience working with finance, planning, or analytics-driven business environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in complex environments
  • Collaborative, client-focused approach with a strong service mindset and attention to detail
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range: $147,000 – $198,000 USD
