Monday to Friday \u007C 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Remote

Are you a detail-driven professional with billing experience looking to grow in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a Billing Specialist to support invoicing, collections, and provider payments for our Hint Connect product.

What You’ll Do Execute monthly billing activities and perform invoice reconciliations Issue invoices and adjusted invoices to clients and providers Track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances Escalate non-payment cases and ensure timely collections Manage provider affiliate payments Maintain accurate client account records and update the Hint platform Follow billing schedules and meet time-sensitive deadlines

What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of relevant billing or invoicing experience Exceptional attention to detail Strong time management and organizational skills Proactive communication and accountability Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
