This role is centered on transforming data into actionable insights that support business decision-making and operational efficiency across key functions. You will play an important role in maintaining and enhancing dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools that track performance and business KPIs. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into meaningful analytical outputs that drive clarity and impact. The position involves both routine reporting and ad-hoc analysis, requiring strong SQL skills and a structured analytical mindset. You will also contribute to improving data processes through automation and optimization of reporting workflows. This is a highly collaborative environment where data accuracy, speed, and insight generation are critical to success. The role offers exposure to large-scale datasets and business-critical metrics in a fast-paced digital services organization.
In this role, you will support business intelligence activities by developing, maintaining, and optimizing reporting solutions that enable data-driven decisions across teams.
- Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reports while identifying opportunities for improvement and automation
- Design and build new reports and dashboards based on business requirements
- Write SQL and ad-hoc queries to extract, transform, and analyze data for reporting needs
- Deliver timely responses to ad-hoc reporting requests from business stakeholders
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
- Support forecasting, rostering, and operational reporting aligned with service level and contact volume needs
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation of data processes and reporting workflows
- Ensure adherence to information security policies and data governance standards
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, technical SQL skills, and the ability to work with large datasets and multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or similar analytical roles
- Strong understanding of databases, data structures, and data modeling concepts
- Intermediate SQL and PL/SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting
- Familiarity with BI visualization tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, or equivalent platforms
- Basic understanding of operational KPIs such as SLA, AHT, CSAT, Take Rate, and FCR
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting requests simultaneously
