Head of Global Service Providers

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Global Service Providers in the United States.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling a global ecosystem of service provider partnerships across telecommunications carriers, managed service providers, and cloud partners. You will define and execute the go-to-market strategy that expands reach, accelerates adoption, and drives significant revenue growth across international markets. Acting at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering, you will lead complex commercial and technical engagements with global partners. The role requires strong executive presence, deep telecom ecosystem expertise, and the ability to translate strategy into scalable partnership programs. You will also build and lead a high-performing global team while influencing cross-functional priorities across the organization. This is a highly visible position where your impact will directly shape global expansion and platform connectivity.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for leading the global service provider strategy and building scalable partnership programs that enable long-term revenue growth and ecosystem expansion. You will manage strategic relationships, drive technical integrations, and ensure alignment between partners and internal teams across product and commercial functions.

  • Develop and execute a global go-to-market strategy for service providers, including carriers, MSPs, and cloud providers
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 global partners
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations covering pricing, contracts, integrations, and partnership terms
  • Design scalable partner programs, including onboarding, technical enablement, APIs, and operational frameworks
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to align roadmap priorities with partner needs
  • Oversee technical integrations such as APIs, billing systems, and cloud connectivity
  • Build and lead a global team of business development, partner engineering, and program management professionals
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and performance frameworks for partnership initiatives
Requirements

This role requires extensive experience in global telecom or SaaS ecosystems, strong leadership capability, and deep understanding of service provider partnerships and technical integrations.

  • 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, service provider partnerships, or channel partnerships in SaaS or enterprise software
  • 5+ years of experience leading global teams with revenue responsibility
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder global agreements
  • Experience managing technical integrations (APIs, cloud peering, billing systems, etc.)
  • Strong business acumen with experience building financial models and partnership business cases
  • Excellent executive communication skills across global and cross-cultural environments
  • Experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, or telecom industry environments
  • Understanding of global telecom regulations, compliance, and data residency requirements
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
