Position Summary

The Marketing Programs Specialist is responsible for executing marketing campaigns across events, social, and digital channels. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager to turn campaign plans into live, high-quality programs that support pipeline generation. The Marketing Programs Specialist supports and executes events, publishes and distributes content, builds digital campaign assets, and ensures campaigns are delivered consistently, accurately, and on time. This is a hands-on execution role focused on operational excellence and turning marketing plans into measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across events, email, social, and digital channels to support pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual marketing events, including logistics, vendors, timelines, and materials.
  • Manage event registration, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Build, schedule, and deploy marketing emails and nurture campaigns using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Create, update, and maintain campaign landing pages and digital assets.
  • Publish and maintain a consistent social media posting cadence, primarily on LinkedIn, to support campaigns and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate content distribution and amplification for marketing initiatives and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams to ensure creative assets are accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.
  • Ensure all campaigns and assets are launched accurately, on schedule, and in alignment with campaign plans.
  • Track campaign and event performance, support basic reporting, and ensure data accuracy across marketing systems.
  • Maintain organization and visibility across marketing tools, timelines, and workflows.
  • Identify execution risks or gaps and proactively communicate them to the Marketing Manager.
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign setup as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, events, or campaign execution roles.
  • Experience supporting or executing in-person and virtual events.
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns across email and social channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience preferred.
