Salary/Pay Rate: $85,000 to $130,000 per year plus fixed bonus.

The Opportunity You will serve as the primary field leader for complex civil and heavy construction projects, overseeing everything from site logistics to client relations. This role empowers you to manage high-stakes commercial and federal builds while operating top-tier, late-model equipment. You will be a vital link between the field operations and project success in a culture that rewards your expertise with industry-leading wages.
How You Will Make an Impact
Direct all daily field operations for commercial and federal civil projects to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
Supervise and mentor field crews to maintain a high-standard, positive work environment rooted in professional growth.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to resolve technical hurdles and maintain transparent communication.
Manage project logistics and resources to stay within budget while upholding strict quality and safety standards.
Execute complex site plans using late-model equipment to drive efficiency in heavy construction workflows.
Evaluate real-time site conditions and adjust strategies to prevent delays in high-pressure project environments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience specifically within the civil and heavy construction industry.
Comprehensive understanding of civil construction workflows, including site preparation and heavy equipment operations.
Proven ability to manage diverse field crews and navigate complex client relationships effectively.
Strong organizational skills necessary for managing multiple project sites and meeting strict deadlines.
Ability to travel to and work onsite on projects along the RT 70 corridor, from Battlement to Vail and surrounding areas, and at the main office in Silt, Co.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous experience working on government or federal construction contracts.
Demonstrated proficiency in mentorship and training junior team members in a field environment.
