Location: Manila, Philippines ( On-site ) Schedule: Monday to Friday \u007C 10 PM – 6:00 AM (EST) Language: Bilingual English (Required)

Job Summary We are looking for an Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role requires strong customer service skills, empathy , and attention to detail to properly evaluate new inquiries and support the intake process.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, text, chat, and email

• Conduct intake calls and collect accurate case information

• Evaluate inquiries and determine case eligibility

• Schedule consultations and follow-ups

• Enter and maintain client data in the case management system

• Provide intake and administrative support to attorneys

Requirements

• Advanced spoken and written English (C1)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic

Preferred (Not Required)

• Law firm or personal injury experience

• Call center, intake, or customer service background

• Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
