Job Description
National Accounts Inside Sales Manager
Columbia Vehicle Group (CVG) designs and manufactures industry-leading, all-electric vehicles for commercial, industrial, and retail markets. With more than 40 models sold under the Columbia and Tomberlin brands, our vehicles are trusted by businesses, families, and Fortune 500 companies across the world. We are growing and looking for a motivated Inside Sales Manager to join our National Accounts Team.
Position Overview
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role will serve as a primary contact for national account customers while building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to expand business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
Grow sales volume and revenue within existing accounts
Prospect and develop new National Account opportunities
Respond to customer inquiries, quotes, and fleet requests quickly
Deliver virtual product presentations and sales proposals
Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide market feedback and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
3+ years of inside sales, account management, or business development experience
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Proven track record of meeting sales goals
CRM experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High organized, self-motivated, and results driven
Preferred Experience
Fleet, automotive, industrial equipment, or EV sales
Proven success working within dealer networks or distribution channels to drive sales growth
