You are trusted with controlling the flow of materials into and out of the facility. Accuracy, documentation, and safe forklift operation matter here. This isn’t a “move pallets and hope for the best” job — it’s for professionals who understand that inventory accuracy and shipping precision keep the business running.
What You’ll DoReceiving- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
- Verify Certificates of Analysis (COA) for incoming resins
- Safely unload materials using forklifts and place them in designated locations
- Apply FIFO inventory practices to all received materials
- Ensure receiving paperwork is complete, accurate, and reviewed
- Scan all materials correctly to maintain real‑time inventory accuracy
- Prepare and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition
- Confirm pallet counts and shipping details against Bills of Lading
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation
- Scan shipments accurately to update inventory systems
- Ensure all shipping paperwork is completed, scanned, and filed
- Maintain strict documentation integrity (no handwritten quantity changes)
- Organize inventory to maximize space and efficiency
- Ensure barcodes and placards are accurate and properly placed
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse aligned with GMP standards
- Look for opportunities to consolidate, improve layout, and increase efficiency
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and other departments
- Support and help train new team members
- Assist with priority or time‑sensitive tasks as needed
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience required
- Minimum 3+ years of forklift experience, including electric double rider
- Forklift certification preferred (or ability to pass Flexcraft certification)
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Comfortable using barcode scanners and inventory systems
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks safely
