Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, with demonstrated ownership of impactful projects
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with native-level fluency in both German and English
  • Proven ability to think strategically while executing operationally with precision and speed
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to push initiatives forward and deliver results in complex environments
  • Experience integrating AI tools into workflows to enhance productivity and decision-making is a plus
Benefits:
  • Flexible remote work options across Europe, with access to multiple office hubs
  • Competitive salary package and generous paid leave, including additional special leave days
  • Monthly flexible benefits allowance usable across lifestyle, wellness, and entertainment options
  • Comprehensive home office setup and equipment provided
  • Pension contribution support for employees based in Germany
  • Dedicated learning and development budget to support continuous growth
