This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment of complex hardware and software solutions that support public safety and law enforcement operations. You will manage large-scale implementations of connected technologies, ensuring smooth adoption of devices and SaaS platforms across agencies nationwide. Acting as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, you will bring structure to ambiguous environments and ensure deployments are delivered on time and within scope. The position blends project management, technical understanding, and customer leadership in a highly mission-driven and fast-paced context. You will regularly engage with senior stakeholders in law enforcement and IT, translating operational needs into actionable deployment plans. This is a high-impact role requiring strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful technology adoption in critical environments.

You will oversee the successful planning, coordination, and execution of complex deployment projects, ensuring seamless implementation of integrated hardware and software solutions for public safety customers.

• Lead end-to-end deployment of complex technology solutions, including hardware devices and SaaS platforms
• Manage project scope, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and communication across multiple law enforcement agencies
• Engage directly with senior stakeholders (police chiefs, IT leaders, operational staff) to ensure successful adoption
• Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, scoping, and deployment planning
• Provide clarity and structure in ambiguous project environments by defining processes and deliverables
• Maintain dashboards, track progress, and proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Success
• Capture customer feedback and relay insights to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement

This role requires strong experience in technical project delivery, stakeholder management, and deployment of complex enterprise or public sector solutions in fast-moving environments.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, deployment, or implementation roles
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with multiple concurrent projects
• Strong technical project management skills and familiarity with project tracking tools
• Experience delivering or managing deployments of hardware, infrastructure, or enterprise software solutions
• Strong customer relationship management skills with proven ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to structure plans and align teams
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
• Experience in public sector, law enforcement, or government-related deployments is highly valued
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus but not required
