- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with business and product objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define program scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive initiatives related to data governance and data privacy, ensuring compliance and scalability
- Establish clear communication frameworks, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring seamless coordination and execution
- Proactively assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary
- Continuously improve program management processes, leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency
- Mentor team members and contribute to the development of best practices across program management functions
- 8+ years of experience in technical program or project management within software development environments
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and modern architectures (e.g., microservices, cloud-native systems)
- Proven experience leading complex programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
- Hands-on experience integrating AI or automation into workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Knowledge of data governance and data privacy frameworks, including data retention and compliance processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and version control systems like Git
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, ITIL) are a plus
