We’re looking for a Report Analyst & BI to help us transform data into powerful business insights through Power BI, analytics, and smart reporting solutions.

🎯 Main tasks

In this role, you’ll be at the center of data-driven decision-making:
✨ Manage and deliver accurate, timely reports across different business areas
✨ Design and enhance interactive dashboards in Power BI
✨ Prepare, clean, and transform data using Power Query
✨ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and KPI integrity
✨ Analyze data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities
✨ Collaborate with stakeholders to define meaningful metrics
✨ Connect Power BI to multiple data sources (databases, files, cloud)
✨ Continuously improve dashboards for performance and usability
✨ Document data models, transformations, and KPI definitions

🌟Requirements

✔ 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI roles
✔ Advanced English (90%+ written and verbal)
✔ Strong Excel skills (advanced level)
✔ Solid experience with Power BI (dashboards, data modeling, DAX)
✔ Basic SQL knowledge (queries, filters, joins)
✔ Strong understanding of data analysis fundamentals
✔ Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
✔ Ability to translate business needs into clear reports and dashboards
✔ Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
✔ Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
✔ Availability to work on-site (zona 14)

💵 Salary: $1,450
🗓 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
