Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on fabrication and machine shop equipment, including robotic welders, CNC mills, lathes, press brakes, and laser cutting machines.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to quickly restore equipment functionality.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on machines and supporting systems to improve reliability and extend equipment life.
• Calibrate, adjust, and align machines to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality output. Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and established maintenance procedures.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized services are required.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of Maintenance experience (fabrication and machine shop maintenance experience such as robot welders, mills & lathes, brake presses, and lasers)
• Troubleshooting and machine repair experience needed.
• Basic understanding of electrical and HVAC system is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
