This role plays a key part in supporting advertising sales operations across broadcast and digital media, ensuring seamless execution of client campaigns and enabling Account Executives to focus on revenue generation and client relationships. You will act as the operational backbone of the sales team, managing post-sale activities, campaign implementation, and ongoing client coordination. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external clients to ensure accurate delivery, performance tracking, and campaign optimization. You will contribute directly to client satisfaction and retention by providing responsive, detail-oriented support. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and centered on media sales performance across multiple platforms. Accountabilities:
  • Support Account Executives in all post-sale activities, including campaign setup, implementation, maintenance, and performance review across broadcast and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate daily with agencies and direct clients to manage schedules, updates, special requests, and promotional executions.
  • Track campaign performance using key metrics such as impressions, ratings, and client KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting and fulfillment.
  • Assist in managing contracts, order entry, revisions, avails, traffic, make-goods, and billing-related coordination.
  • Collaborate with marketing, research, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify potential revenue growth opportunities based on campaign performance and support Account Executives in client retention efforts.
Requirements:

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable working closely with both internal teams and external clients.

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, media sales support, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of broadcast and digital advertising solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively both independently and within a team.
