Job Description

Account Executive, Music (North America)

Intro to Easol

Easol is the first AI operating system for the Experience Commerce category - an intelligent digital workforce that helps experience creators run their business. Our ambition is bold: to become the category leader in a $300bn+ space.

We power professional experience creators with a fully integrated platform that brings together website, booking engine, payments, sales & marketing tools, operations, and data & insight - all underpinned by agentic AI. Easol enables enterprise creators to streamline, scale and transform their businesses through a single, end-to-end system.

Today, we focus on two core verticals: Music - with creators including Coachella, Live Nation, Outside Lands, and Afro Nation - and Entertainment (LBE). Over the next year, we'll be deepening our product in each vertical and expanding into new segments.

We're a fast-growing, well-funded business that doubled in size in 2025, with a clear pathway to do the same again in 2026. A key pillar of our strategy is building AI-centric workflows directly into the platform, transforming how creators design, sell and operate their experiences.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth business at a genuine inflection point for the Music vertical in North America. The market is enormous - we're talking about some of the most iconic festivals and live music experiences on the planet - and Easol is poised to become the operating system that powers them.

The Music vertical is Easol's most established, with a blue-chip roster of existing Creators and deep product investment behind it. North America is a massive, fragmented market of independent festival operators, regional promoters, boutique event brands, and venues - all underserved by legacy ticketing infrastructure and ripe for disruption.

As an Account Executive, you'll own the North American SME and mid-market music opportunity. You'll be responsible for a significant quota and lead the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting and discovery through to close - across a high-volume, high-velocity book of business. This isn't enterprise-only territory; it's a broad motion across a wide and exciting set of creator types, from emerging boutique festivals to established regional brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a multi-million dollar sales quota across North American SME and mid-market music Creators - independent festivals, regional promoters, boutique events - consistently delivering quarterly targets through disciplined pipeline generation and execution.

  • Run a high-velocity, high-volume sales motion: strong outbound prospecting, sharp discovery, clear ROI and take-rate narratives, and fast, effective closing across deals of varying complexity and size.

  • Build and maintain healthy pipeline coverage with rigorous CRM hygiene and reliable weekly and quarterly forecasting.

  • Be a major face of Easol in the North American music scene - travel frequently as needed, attend key industry moments (SXSW, Pollstar Live, NIVA conferences), build relationships, and generate market intelligence that sharpens GTM and product direction.

  • Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers, well-set expectations, and long-term creator success - laying the foundation for retention and expansion from day one.

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Product to align on commercial guardrails, campaign activity, and deal structures that protect margin while winning business.

  • Feed market insights back into the business - you'll be closer to North American operators than anyone else at Easol, and your perspective on buyer needs, competitor activity, and product gaps will directly shape strategy.

About You
  • You're a hungry, social, outcomes-driven music industry insider and sales executive who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to build true relationships with key decision makers quickly.

  • Proven SME / mid-market seller in the live music industry - a strong track record delivering against quota in a high-volume motion, ideally in B2B SaaS (vertical SaaS, marketplace, payments/take-rate, or ticketing/events tech a plus).

  • North American music and live events expertise - you know how independent festivals and promoters operate, how they make money, and what keeps them up at night. Existing relationships are the most significant asset.

  • Commercially sharp and metric-led - you run a tight ship on pipeline generation, conversion, and forecasting. You're disciplined about CRM hygiene and deal quality, and you hold yourself to a high bar on execution.

  • Energetic prospector and closer - you're comfortable owning your outbound, building pipeline from scratch, and running competitive deals to a close. You don't wait for inbound.

  • Strong cross-functional operator - you thrive working alongside Marketing, CS, Product and Finance to execute, unblock, and deliver outcomes.

  • Bias to action - you move fast, take ownership, and bring energy, judgement, and resilience in a role that combines genuine autonomy with high expectations.

What Success Looks Like

3 months: Fully ramped on Easol, the North American music market, and our take-rate model. Actively prospecting, owning key deals in-flight, and building a clear next-quarter forecast.

6 months: Closing deals consistently and hitting quarterly targets. Developed pipeline to deliver next quarter; improved win-rate and velocity; repeatable outbound motion in place; strong CS handover rhythm established.

12 months: Reliably delivering annual new business targets; a scalable North American music sales playbook in place; strong creator relationships and meaningful market presence; next-year NA Music GTM plan agreed and ready to execute.
