About This Position

Description:

The Compliance Operations Analyst will assist in supporting site-level coordination for compliance processes, particularly during new credit allocations, inspections, or intensive compliance events. This role is highly resident-facing and logistics-driven, helping to collect documentation, schedule eligibility interviews, and move files through the intake pipeline efficiently.

This team member brings energy, flexibility, and initiative—keeping timelines on track and communication flowing between site staff, residents, and the compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating resident meetings and document collection for new credit allocations.
  • Assist in supporting site teams during inspections, agency requests, or credit renewals.
  • Assist in tracking submission deadlines and follow up on outstanding file items.
  • Assist with outreach and scheduling for household interviews or signature collection.
  • Assist in communicating with residents regarding program requirements and paperwork.
  • Assist in maintaining organized logs of outstanding tasks and completed steps.
  • Assist in working collaboratively with Intake and Alignment teams to support file readiness.
  • Ensure the file retention requirements set forth by Trellis Management are being adhered to.
  • Use the file check-in/inventory system as required when transporting files from the file room. Create a bar code for the new file and initially check into the system.
  • Assist with producing and sending out termination notices as appropriate, in the event a resident does not respond to recertification notices.
  • Assist with post-move-in file reviews as needed.
  • Assist with special claims as needed.
  • Assist with compliance reporting requirements as assigned.
