In this role, you will act as a key driver of business intelligence and data-driven decision-making within a healthcare-focused analytics environment. You will work with large-scale patient, claims, and real-world datasets to design impactful dashboards, uncover actionable insights, and support critical business and client-facing decisions. The position is highly BI-centric, requiring strong expertise in Power BI and data visualization, along with the ability to translate complex healthcare data into clear, meaningful stories for stakeholders. You will own the full BI lifecycle—from data exploration and modeling to dashboard development and insight delivery. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional setup, you will engage with analytics, consulting, and domain teams to support strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, precision, and transforming complex datasets into business value.

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end business intelligence development and analytics activities, ensuring high-quality dashboards, insights, and reporting solutions that support healthcare and life sciences decision-making.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
• Build and optimize data models, DAX measures, KPIs, and performance-driven reporting layers.
• Create advanced Excel-based reporting tools and automated dashboards for business users.
• Perform exploratory data analysis on healthcare datasets such as claims, patient journeys, and treatment patterns.
• Work with structured data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, DRG, McKesson claims) to generate actionable insights.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for large-scale datasets to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, validation, and integration across multiple sources.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive dashboards, visualizations, and storytelling-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, consulting, and domain experts to support client needs.

The ideal candidate brings strong BI development expertise combined with deep experience in healthcare or life sciences analytics and a strong ability to communicate insights effectively.

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including 3+ years in Power BI-focused BI development roles.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard design, and optimization.
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets, automation, and reporting.
• Strong SQL skills, including query writing and performance optimization.
• Experience working with healthcare or life sciences datasets such as claims, RWE, or patient-level data.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling techniques.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
• Experience in stakeholder-facing or client-driven analytics environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end deliverables independently.
• (Nice to have) Exposure to Python, Tableau, ETL concepts, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Snowflake), or consulting environments.
