About This Position
Our dental clinic team in Brockville, ON is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on a part-time permanent basis that will move to full time in future.
The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
- Solid patient base which means high earning potential
- Part-time position first, moving to Full time in future

COMPENSATION:
Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration at 40% collections
SCHEDULE:
- 16 hours per week to start
- Thursday 8:30-4:30pm, Friday 8:30-4:30pm and adding 2 Saturdays a month in the Fall of 2026
- Can work with 2 RDH's on Thursdays alone
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
- Registered or in processing of registering with the:
- Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
- Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario
- We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
- Member of the ODA in order to submit claims electronically for quicker turn around of payments
- 1+ year of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is an asset, however, new graduates are also welcome with mentorship provided from 123dentist mentorship program
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
- Very team oriented office and looking for a like minded Dentist to join us.
