Accountabilities:

  • Prioritize and define feature development based on LTV impact, player engagement, and business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a small agile development team, ensuring efficient execution and alignment.
  • Oversee live operations, in-game events, and economy balancing to optimize retention and monetization.
  • Leverage game data in collaboration with BI and UA teams to inform product decisions and growth strategies.
  • Apply agile and lean methodologies to continuously iterate and improve the game experience.
  • Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities and issues across the game lifecycle.
  • Align closely with studio leadership to ensure strategic coherence and execution excellence.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in game production or product management within F2P mobile or casual games.
  • Proven experience managing live games with a strong focus on retention and monetization mechanics.
  • Deep understanding of IAP systems, game economies, and player lifecycle optimization.
  • Familiarity with user acquisition metrics and performance-driven game growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret game data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in remote or distributed team environments.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Fluent in English and based within ±2 hours of the CET timezone.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote-first setup with the option to work from a modern Berlin office.
  • Flexible working hours with a strong focus on work-life balance and no crunch culture.
  • Generous vacation policy regardless of location.
  • Home office allowance to support a productive remote setup.
  • Budget for equipment including MacBook Pro or Lenovo laptop.
  • Monthly meal allowance and contributions toward home office utilities (internet and electricity).
  • Access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Regular offsite retreats and company-wide events fostering collaboration and connection.
  • Inclusive, diverse, and international work culture within a leading instant gaming studio.
