Associate Affiliate Manager

This role is focused on driving performance and growth across a dynamic affiliate and partner ecosystem within a high-volume digital marketing environment. You will support the management of affiliate relationships that generate leads and revenue across multiple verticals, ensuring strong performance alignment with business objectives. Working in a fast-paced, data-driven setting, you will analyze partner activity, identify growth opportunities, and help optimize campaign outcomes. The position combines analytical work with relationship management, requiring both strategic thinking and operational execution. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to improve lead quality, scalability, and conversion performance. Accountabilities:
  • Analyze performance data across affiliate and partner channels to optimize lead volume, quality, and revenue outcomes
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners, including communication, support, and performance monitoring
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and share actionable recommendations with internal teams and clients
  • Support lead flow coordination and appointment-setting processes across partner networks and client campaigns
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and data integrity across all affiliate marketing activities
  • Assist in developing and executing partner-specific strategies to achieve performance and revenue targets
  • Support onboarding and activation of new affiliate partners, ensuring smooth setup and integration
  • Prospect and recruit new affiliate partners to expand and diversify the network
  • Troubleshoot partner-related issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain strong performance and relationships

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, or a related performance-driven role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, performance-based decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities across internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with evolving priorities
  • Experience with tracking platforms, CRMs, or performance marketing tools is a strong plus
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and accountability for outcomes
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable partner strategies
