Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Systems Administrator in United States.
This role is a hands-on systems ownership position focused on maintaining, improving, and scaling core business applications that support daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring business systems—especially Airtable—are well-structured, reliable, and optimized for performance and usability. You will play a key part in improving operational efficiency by reducing friction, improving data quality, and enabling smoother workflows across teams. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys owning systems end-to-end and continuously improving how they work.

- Build and maintain Airtable bases, including tables, relationships, automations, workflows, and data validation rules

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
- Familiarity with workflow automation, data structure design, or iterative/agile delivery methods is a plus
- Experience with Google Workspace tools is a plus
- Competitive salary range of $70,000–$85,000 based on experience and skills
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage

- Structured and transparent pay philosophy based on skills and market benchmarks
- Opportunity to work in a remote-first environment
