Requirements:

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in the North American enterprise SaaS or technology market.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise sales methodologies, including complex deal structuring and negotiation (MEDDPICC experience highly valued).
  • Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and enterprise buying behaviors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and executive influencing skills.
  • Experience using CRM and sales analytics tools to drive forecasting accuracy and performance optimization.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset and ability to operate in dynamic market conditions.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $145,000 – $225,000 plus potential variable compensation structure.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible scheduling and strong work-life balance.
  • Home office support including equipment, internet, and workspace stipends.
