Accountabilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of enterprise opportunities.
  • Set clear performance expectations, monitor activity metrics, and drive accountability against sales quotas and pipeline targets.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development planning to strengthen team capabilities and executive-level engagement skills.
  • Oversee daily SDR operations, ensuring consistent execution of sales processes, CRM hygiene, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Develop and implement sales development strategies to maximize pipeline creation and support revenue growth objectives.
  • Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align prospecting efforts with enterprise sales priorities.
  • Manage escalations and support resolution of complex customer or prospect issues to maintain strong experience and conversion rates.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, process optimization, and adoption of best practices across the SDR function.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational operating principles, including customer-centricity, inclusion, and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales operations, including proven leadership of SDR or B2B sales teams.
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales or pipeline generation targets in an enterprise or B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales talent, particularly in high-volume outbound prospecting environments.
  • Experience managing CRM systems and sales forecasting tools with strong attention to data accuracy and reporting discipline.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management capabilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage escalations with a customer-first mindset and sound judgment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Flexibility to support variable schedules, including evenings or weekends when needed.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with broad range based on experience and location.
  • Targeted annual commission opportunity of 40,000 USD with significant upside for overperformance.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, financial, and emotional wellness support.
  • Flexible benefits designed to support employees through key life moments and daily needs.
  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation depending on role structure.
  • Access to career growth opportunities across a large, multi-team organization.
  • Inclusive workplace culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
