This is a high-impact opportunity for a systems-minded leader who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building structure where scale and clarity are essential.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and implement scalable people systems covering talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, development, and retention across distributed teams.
  • Partner with leadership to define organizational structure and workforce planning strategies that support business growth and operational needs.
  • Develop performance management frameworks, evaluation systems, and career development pathways that drive accountability and employee growth.
  • Improve overall talent experience by ensuring consistent, high-quality people operations practices that enhance engagement and retention.
  • Use workforce data and analytics to generate insights, inform leadership decisions, and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with external partners and service providers to support and optimize people operations capabilities.
  • Continuously refine systems and processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with evolving company priorities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR leadership, or related roles, ideally in a fast-scaling or distributed organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to design and scale people systems that support talent attraction, development, and retention.
  • Strong experience working with remote or distributed teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to guide people decisions and measure organizational success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for employee development, culture building, and creating systems that support long-term growth.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote-first work environment with flexible working hours
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Access to professional development and learning resources
  • Free access to company products
  • Direct collaboration with senior leadership, including executive team exposure
  • Stable, mission-driven organization with long-term growth focus
  • Opportunity to shape foundational people systems in a scaling organization
  • Collaborative and values-driven culture focused on trust, creativity, and impact.
