You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and optimize campaigns that enhance customer lifetime value and drive measurable business outcomes. - Develop and execute subscription-focused value propositions that clearly communicate product benefits and drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Design and lead go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and creative execution across assigned products.
- Build and optimize full-funnel growth campaigns aimed at increasing acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Leverage data, analytics, and experimentation frameworks to test, iterate, and improve marketing performance.
- Drive optimization of paid, owned, and earned media investments to maximize return on acquisition and demand generation efforts.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, insights, customer care, sales, and subscription teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns that combine brand storytelling with measurable performance outcomes.
- Support agency collaboration to ensure strong creative execution aligned with brand and subscription value propositions.
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, or brand marketing within a subscription-based or consumer business.
- Strong experience driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in digital-first environments.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation design, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required; MBA is a plus.
- Competitive salary range between $150,000 and $185,000 annually.
